GHSN is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs), for bi-monthly assessment and case management of disabled and elderly residents in licensed personal care homes throughout Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia. We have both Full time & Part time positions available as well as some PRN positions available.
There is no overnight travel associated with this position. We are based out of Monroe, GA but operate throughout Metro Atlanta.
Candidates must have current RN licensure in Georgia, a clear background check, acceptable MVR, and negative TB or Chest X-ray as a condition of employment. Home Health / Disease Management experience is preferred but not required.
Generally, RN Case Managers work a 36 hour work week and operate out of their home via a take home/assigned vehicle.
This position does not require any hands on care of clients.
